Open Days at Executive MBA Meet us on 11 June 2022

Everyone who is interested in starting the prestigious Executive MBA studies at WSB in Poznań is more than welcome to take part in classes of the current year. To join us, the only think you have to do is to fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Research Director for Future of Work Hertta.Vuorenmaa, Aalto Universtity, Finland, 

Dr. Hertta Vuorenmaa works as a university lecturer and director of the Future of Work research program at Aalto University. She gained her professional experience as a scientist in several large research projects financed by the Academy of Finland. Focusing on well-being at work, quality of management, attracting and retaining talent and organizational effectiveness.

Module description :

STRATEGIC INTERNATIONAL HRM

First of all Strategic International HRM module shows to the participants how to combine the company’s competitiveness strategy with the people management process. This issue concerns all different types of companies, small, medium and above all large international companies operating in a very different geographic, cultural and institutional environments – hence the great emphasis on  international strategy. What’s more we consider the constantly changing work environment and its key implications for sustainable people management, leadership, as well as issues related to conducting work on-line.
