The Master of Business Administration program at the WSB University in Poznan has been developed in partnership with Franklin University and is based on its standards. The program is delivered in Polish. The aim of the program is to provide program participants with skills that enable them to strategically and globally analyze the condition and functioning of a company operating in the international and local setting.
- The program lasts for 2 years and includes a total of:
- 320 academic hours,
- 59 hours of individual work for each of the 19 modules plus the management project,
- 70 hours of individual work allocated for the management project.
- Classes are held on average once a month (on Saturdays and Sundays) and last for 8 academic hours each day.

- off-campus module on personal development – unique method of developing individual and team professional competencies taking into consideration participants’’ personality types and preferences.
