Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR. The personal data provided will be processed in connection with events organised for MBA students and alumni and for marketing and promotional purposes. The provision of data is voluntary; however, refusal to provide such data in connection with an organised event will prevent you from participating in the event. Personal data processed for marketing and promotional purposes will be retained for a period of five full calendar years, calculated from 1 Januaryfollowing the date of consent. Data provided in connection with your participation in an event will be processed for the period necessary for the proper performance of activities related to the organisation of the event and for the time required by law. As a university, we use companies on a daily basis to provide you with the highest standard of service. Your personal data may be transferred to them for processing by our order. This is most often the case when we work with a specific service provider (e.g. a data storage provider). The Controller's service providers are mainly based in Poland and other countries in the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of the providers are based outside the EEA. In connection with the transfer of User data outside the EEA, including the USA, the Controller has ensured that the providers guarantee a high level of personal data protection. You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing by Personal Data Protection Authority when you find that the processing of your personal data, violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
